How to Use Campaign Templates
Campaign Templates let you create and save pre-built gift card campaigns so you can quickly send future orders without starting from scratch. Templates can be personalised with your preferred gift cards, message, and branding — ideal for recurring reward programmes or large-scale campaigns.
Creating a Campaign Template
Go to Campaign Templates in your Rewardable dashboard.
Click Create Campaign Template.
Enter a name for your template.
Select gift cards – you can choose multiple rewards within a single campaign and filter by category and country. Gift cards are available from over 27 countries, including the UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Spain, and the United States.
Add an image – you can upload your own (maximum size 800 x 600 pixels) or select from Unsplash, which offers thousands of free images for any theme or occasion.
Add a message that will appear in the recipient’s email.
Fill in the sender’s name.
Click Create Campaign Template to save.
Your new template will appear in your Campaign Templates list, ready to reuse whenever you want to send the same set of gift cards again.
Managing Templates
From the Campaign Templates screen, you can:
Create an order directly from a saved template.
Delete templates you no longer need.
Campaign Templates make it easier to send the same group of gift cards to employees, clients, or event participants — helping you maintain consistency while saving time on repeat orders, create templates for birthdays, christmas, bonuses and client gifts.
